Call for Participation

The Organizing Committee of the IEEE Global Conference on Signal and Information Processing (GlobalSIP) 2017 is pleased to announce the Research Partnership Forum, which will take place on Thursday, November 16, 12:00 - 14:00 in Salon Bonaventure. The forum is meant to encourage and facilitate future research partnerships between industry and academia. Representatives of Canadian and US funding agencies will give presentations on various programs that provide funding for such research partnerships, including internship opportunities for students. Researchers from industry will present various prospects for research partnerships with their organizations. The event will conclude with a networking session.

The event is open to all attendees of GlobalSIP 2017. Lunch will be provided. A symbolic registration fee ($5 for students, $10 for others) is required to book a seat.
